We are pleased to announce that Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds will join Jack Johnson at the Fifth Annual Kokua Festival on April 19-20, 2008 at the Waikiki Shell in Honolulu, Hawaii. All proceeds from the Earth Day weekend festival will benefit the Kokua Hawai'i Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by Jack and Kim Johnson to support environmental education programs in the schools and communities of Hawaii.
Other artists in the Kokua Festival line-up include Paula Fuga and Go Jimmy Go, and Brushfire Records' latest addition, the Hawaii-born, Minneapolis-based Mason Jennings.
Pre-sale tickets for the Kokua Festival will be available through Ticketmaster beginning February 13, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. Hawaii time (2:00 p.m. ET) by clicking here and entering the password: AllAtOnce. The pre-sale will wrap up on February 15, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Hawaii time (10:00 p.m. ET). The Kokua Festival has raised the bar on environmentally friendly concert production both locally and globally.
